I have to find a new job for a problem with my current work environment and salary. So, since I am currently working while going to other interviews what should I say when they ask me why I am leaving my current job?

Working on a big project sometimes get very complicated and requires help but I am too shy to ask for help as I really don't know if they(My Collegue) will help.

Is it normal to ask for help because the work was assigned to me?

This is my first job and I am working on a big project and I always work alone as I preffer to work like that .

Please suggest me what to do.
